L’art. 416 bis della Legge n. 646 del 13 settembre 1982 (legge Rognoni - La Torre o legge antimafia) dice che
"...l’associazione è di tipo mafioso quando coloro che ne fanno parte si avvalgono della forza di intimidazione del vincolo associativo e della condizione di assoggettamento e di omertà che ne deriva per commettere delitti, per acquisire in modo diretto o indiretto la gestione o comunque il controllo di attività economiche, di concessioni, di autorizzazioni, appalti e servizi pubblici o per realizzare profitti o vantaggi ingiusti per sé o per altri."

Gli utili derivanti dal crimine non possono essere legittimati in nessuna circostanza. Così, sia per legge che per logica, ogni guadagno risultante dalla commissione di un crimine è non valido e nullo. Questo concetto permea tutte le giurisdizioni nazionali. Questo equivale a dire che tutto il "signoraggio-privato" - ed i relativi interessi - che il Popolo Sovrano ha dovuto pagare a dei banchieri-parassiti, è nullo ab initio e deve essere restituito.

Ci hanno depredati di 1,3 milioni di euro a testa. Adulti, anziani e, soprattutto, bambini compresi.

Grosso modo:

- 25.000 euro di signoraggio sottratto dalla Banca d'Italia S.p.A. attraverso l'emissione delle banconote;

- 1.250.000 euro di signoraggio sottratto dalle altre banche attraverso la creazione di crediti in euro dal nulla (gli euro "virtuali" scritti nei "loro" computer). Si tratta dello "Schema Ponzi" della Riserva Frazionaria.

Ne risulta che una famiglia media, di 3 persone (una volta erano 4 e più, ma oggi a causa della povertà da servaggio non si riesce a mantenere più di un figlio per coppia), avanza dalla cosca bancaria circa 3,8 milioni di euro: circa 7,5 miliardi delle vecchie lirette!

Alla Banca d'Italia SpA spetta il 14,7% del signoraggio per ogni nuova emissione di banconote in euro, essendo il 14,7% la sua quota di azioni della BCE. (Dopo l'allargamento, con l'ingresso di nuovi "soci", la percentuale diventerà del 12,7%). Questa enorme ricchezza, se non facciamo qualcosa, finirà nelle mani dei furbi soci privati delle società che si spartiscono la torta addebitandola al Popolo Sovrano. Il SIGNORAGGIO PRIVATO sta derubando i popoli europei di circa 100 miliardi di euro al giorno!!!

Esistono forse punti di collegamento tra i vertici di Cosa nostra e centri occulti di potere che hanno altri interessi. Ho l'impressione che sia questo lo scenario più attendibile se si vogliono capire davvero le ragioni che hanno spinto qualcuno ad assassinarmi".

United Nations 1956 "Supplementary Convention on the Abolition of Slavery, the Slave Trade, and Institutions and Practices Similar to Slavery".

Anti-Slavery International described bonded labour - or debt bondage- as "probably the least well known form of slavery today, and yet it is the most widely used method of enslaving people. A person becomes a bonded labourer when their labour is demanded as a means of repayment for a loan. The person is then tricked or trapped into working for very little or no pay, often for seven days a week. The value of the work is invariably greater than the original sum of money borrowed. "

Justice PN Bhagwati, Indian Supreme Court judge, in 1982 declared; "[Bonded labourers] are non-beings, exiles of Civilisation, living a life worse than that of animals, for the animals are at least free to roam about as they like"... "This system, under which one person can be bonded to provide labour for another for years and years until an alleged debt is supposed to be wiped out, which never seems to happen during the lifetime of the bonded labourer, is totally incompatible with the nets egalitarian socio-economic order which we have promised to build... "

Anti-Slavery International noted; "In cases of chronic bondage, debts are inherited from one generation to the next, maintaining members of a family in permanent bondage in return for an old loan, the details of which have long been forgotten. In some cases employers who are owed money "sell" the debt to a new employer; the difference between such transactions and the slave trade is one of semantics more than substance."

Mary Robinson, United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights said; "The Universal Declaration of Human Rights, adopted fifty years ago, proclaimed that 'no-one shall be held in slavery and servitude"'. It is difficult to believe that, as this great and tragic century draws to a close, the problems of slavery and slave labour remain unresolved" All of us have a critical role to play in ensuring that the issues of enslaved labour and debt bondage are returned to the top of the human rights agenda."

States are bound under Section 1, Article 1, as follows:

"Each of the States Parties to this Convention shall take all practicable and necessary legislative and other measures to bring about progressively and as soon as possible the complete abolition or abandonment of the following institutions and practices, where they still exist"

a) Debt bondage, that is to say, the status or condition arising from a pledge by a debtor of his personal services or of those of a person under his control as security for a debt, if the value of those services as reasonably assessed is not applied towards the liquidation of the debt or the length and nature of those services are not respectively limited and defined. "

The United Nations Supplementary Convention on the Abolition of Slavery, the Slave Trade, and Institutions and Practices Similar to Slavery, 1956, banned debt bondage, serfdom, servile marriage and child servitude.
